I'm acting as a buyer, but I want to cover my bases. Does anybody have a favorite form that covers the as is, where is, "Y person" is transferring "THIS" car to "X person"

I've been trying to buy a car for over a week but this guy is Tomorrow, Monday, Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Tomorrow, It is at my dads house. It is driving me crazy and I just want to have some paperwork unless he doesn't

I've been using this format when I sold cars. However, when I bought cars I've seen bills of sale written on scrap pieces of newspaper and napkins.

My state has one as well. but I didn't know about presenting it in a court of law (god-forbid) or other official setting with out it being Notarized.
